- The company says the model conditions on the original performance instead of relying only on transcripts, targeting more natural multilingual speech output
- Dubbing v2 supports 90+ languages and includes sync-aware translation to align phrasing, starts, stops, and pacing with the source video
- ElevenLabs positions it as a lower-cost alternative to traditional dubbing workflows that can otherwise run to hundreds of dollars per minute
- The release is available immediately in ElevenCreative and through ElevenProductions for studio and enterprise workflows
- ElevenProductions combines the model with human translators, voice casting, and professional audio mixing for higher-end localization pipelines
- A 7-day launch offer provides 1 minute of free usage on the Free plan, 15 minutes on Starter, and 30 minutes on Creator+
- API access is not yet live; ElevenLabs says it is coming soon and currently routes access inquiries through sales
