NVIDIA, AI Cloud Ecosystem Expands Worldwide

NVIDIA said on May 31, 2026 that its AI Cloud ecosystem is expanding worldwide to meet rising AI compute demand.
The network now spans six continents, with Cassava added in Africa and Claro added in South America.
NVIDIA AI Clouds combine accelerated computing, networking, and AI software in partner-operated regional AI factory deployments.
Supported workloads include training, fine-tuning, inference, agentic AI, physical AI, and sovereign AI deployments.
NVIDIA said the platform is aimed at enterprises, startups, AI labs, developers, telecom providers, and national AI programs.
The company positioned regional AI clouds as infrastructure for lower token cost, higher throughput per watt, and local capacity access.
NVIDIA said regional deployments can help governments and regulated industries address sovereign controls and local compliance requirements.
Partners named in the expansion include CoreWeave, Firmus, IREN, Nscale, Lambda, Naver Cloud, Yotta, and YTL.

ElevenLabs, Dubbing v2 released

ElevenLabs launched Dubbing v2 on May 28, 2026, with a model designed to preserve the original speaker's tone, pacing, and emotional delivery across translated audio
The company says the model conditions on the original performance instead of relying only on transcripts, targeting more natural multilingual speech output
Dubbing v2 supports 90+ languages and includes sync-aware translation to align phrasing, starts, stops, and pacing with the source video
ElevenLabs positions it as a lower-cost alternative to traditional dubbing workflows that can otherwise run to hundreds of dollars per minute
The release is available immediately in ElevenCreative and through ElevenProductions for studio and enterprise workflows
ElevenProductions combines the model with human translators, voice casting, and professional audio mixing for higher-end localization pipelines
A 7-day launch offer provides 1 minute of free usage on the Free plan, 15 minutes on Starter, and 30 minutes on Creator+
API access is not yet live; ElevenLabs says it is coming soon and currently routes access inquiries through sales
